About Hannah

I'm an artist first and foremost, but created my first website in 1997, and in February 2008 my "day job" became creating and maintaining websites and WordPress blogs, mainly for artists. I teach workshops on blogging, social networking and Photoshop for artists, and I'm available for online marketing strategy consultations for a more effective online presence. You can view my website at I created the Southern Oregon Artists Resource in Jan 2010 to help promote the arts community of Southern Oregon with a directory of artists, galleries and more art-related businesses and calendar of art events, classes and workshops. Our companion blog, Art Matters!, is where we publish press releases, new works, calls to artists, gallery exhibits, art education opportunities and art world news ~ visited by art enthusiasts and artists from here and around the world! There's so much information that comes in on syndicated posts about why art really does matter that my blog has made an art advocate out of me, and if you go for a visit and spend a little time exploring, you might learn something that changes the way you see it, too.
